To apply Ouidad Ultra-nourishing Cleansing Oil Shampoo, wet your hair thoroughly. Take a small amount of the shampoo and gently massage it into your scalp, working it into a lather. Allow the cleansing oils to emulsify and cleanse the hair. Gently work the lather down the length of your hair, focusing on the mid-lengths to ends. Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water. This shampoo is designed to provide a deep nourishing cleanse while maintaining essential moisture, promoting curl definition, and leaving your hair revitalized. Damaged Items

We do our very best to ensure that every item in your order arrives safely! If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please keep the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately by phone at 800-909-6696 or by email at info@skincareessentials.com with your order number. We will provide you with a label for a return. Once the damaged item is received, we will inspect it and the damaged items and your item will be replaced and shipped out to you as soon as possible.
